Application Conditions
◇ Altitude:≤1000m; Ambient temperature: -15℃to +40℃;
◇ Temperature: Maximum monthly average temperature +30℃, maximum annual average temperature +20℃;
◇ Relative Humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 95%;
◇ Wind speed: Wind speed not exceeding 34m/s;
◇ The installation site should be free from severe shocks, serious pollution, and chemical corrosion, as well as conductive dust and explosion hazards. If normal application conditions cannot be met, please consult with our company for solutions.
Structural Features
The overall structure of the substation consists of two high-voltage switch rooms on the 40.5kV side and the 12kV side, a relay protection room, and a transformer. The outer shell of the high-voltage switch room and relay protection room can be made of stainless steel plates, steel plates, or composite boards. Stainless steel structures possess exceptional corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength. Each component of the steel plate structure undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment. Meanwhile, composite boards feature bright colors, aesthetic appeal, and thermal insulation properties. The transformer is located between the high- voltage switch rooms on the 40kV side and the 12kV side, directly installed on the foundation, making it convenient for both users and manufacturers to install.
