Model and Definitions
Use environment
◇ Ambient temperature: -5℃ ~+40℃, 24hThe average temperature inside does not exceed +35℃.
◇ Altitude: no more than 2000m.
◇ Relative Humidity: No more than 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃; higher relative humidities can be achieved at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20℃), taking into account temperature changes. Moderate condensation is permitted.
◇ When the equipment is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 °.
◇ The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion. Note: If the above conditions are exceeded, please consult with our company.
Product technical features
◇ The electrical performance fully complies withGB 7251. 1andIEC60439-1relevant provisions.
◇ The feeder switch adopts a new type of molded case circuit breaker and compound release with small size, high breaking rate, short arcing (or no arcing). It has overload and short circuit protection devices and can be e quipped with leakage protection function according to user requirements.
◇The motor circuit has overload, short circuit, undervoltage and phase loss protection functions.
◇ The auxiliary circuit has local and remote control functions and local and remote automatic switching functions.

Precautions before installation, acceptance and commissioning
After the product arrives, first check whether the packaging is intact. If any problems are found, notify the relevant department in time to find out the cause. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be installed according to normal application conditions.

◇ The basic channel steel and bolts for product installation are provided by the user. The connection holes between the basic channel steel and the cabinet body (see Figure 1)
◇ After the product is installed, it should be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.
◇ Check whether the cabinet 's coating has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean;
◇ Whether the on and off of main electrical appliances and auxiliary contacts are reliable and accurate;
◇ Whether the selection and wiring principles of the main components are consistent with the schematic diagram;
◇ The insulation value of the megohmmeter is not less than 1MQ. When measuring, be careful to disconnect wires that cannot with stand voltage and electronic components.
◇ Precautions for use
After a long time of opening and closing, the main contacts of low-voltage air circuit breakers will be partially burned and carbon substances will be produced, which will increase the contact resistance. Universal low-voltage air circuit breakers should be regularly inspected according to their instructions. Maintenance and repairs are required by the instructions.
