    Unique "core"

    The core does not need to be cut or punched, eliminating the transverse and longitudinal joints of traditional transformers and reducing magnetic resistance. The cross section of the core column is a polygonal circle, and the filling factor of the core is the largest. The triangular structure makes its three-phase magnetic circuit equal and shortest, realizing the ideal transformer core structure that people have long dreamed of.

    The triangular three-dimensional wound core is a connecting steel strip that goes from narrow to wide and then from wide to narrow. First, three single-frame cores with a polygonal cross section are wound, and then the three single-frame cores are assembled in three dimensions. Together, they form a three-dimensional wound core with three core columns with approximately circular cross-sections. The three-phase magnetic circuits are completely symmetrical and equal, the iron yoke is shortened, and the core column filling coefficient is high.     Stable quality and improved production efficiency

The quality fluctuation caused by the iron yoke can be reduced by 5-6 working steps compared with the stacked core transformer, so the production efficiency is high, the quality is stable and reliable, and it is less affected by human factors.
    Enhanced short circuit resistance
    The three-dimensional triangular wound core transformer body structure determines that its short-circuit resistance is better than that of the flat transformer.     Theft prevention
