High-quality materials
◇ Use oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity, and after a series of additional surface treatments, it is smoother and has no burrs or sharp corners, which reduces the load loss of the transformer and makes the electrical performance more reliable.
◇ Select high-quality silicon steel sheets. As the performance level improves, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are used to reduce the no-load loss of the transformer.
◇ Made of high-quality laminated wood insulation, it will never crack and will not move even under short-circuit current.
◇ Use deep-filtered transformer oil with lower water, gas and impurity levels, making the transformer work more reliable.
◇ Use high-quality rubber sealing materials to effectively prevent aging and prevent leakage.

Fully sealed(M)

Select S11(M)FirstMThe oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with the ordinary oil diffused transformer, the fully sealed distribution transformer eliminates the oil storage cabinet and the corrugated fins of the oil tank replace the oil pipe. As a cooling and heat dissipation element, the corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugated fins can expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil volume, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation moisture, enhancing operational reliability, and requiring maintenance for normal operation.
