High-quality materials
◇ Use oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity, and after a series of additional surface treatment, it is smoother and has no burrs or sharp corners, which makes the load loss of the transformer lower and the electrical performance more reliable:
◇ Select high-quality silicon steel sheets. As the performance level improves, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are used to reduce the no-load loss of the transformer.
◇ Made of high-quality laminated wood insulation, it will never crack and will not move even under the action of short- circuit current.

Fully sealed
◇ SelectS11(M) RIn M The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed distribution transformer eliminates the oil storage cabinet, and the corrugated fins of the oil tank replace the oil pipes. In order to cool the heat dissipation components, the corrugated oil tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a special production line. The corrugated fins can adjust the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation moisture, enhancing operational reliability, and ensuring maintenance-free normal operation.
◇ The surface of the corrugated oil tank is degreased, derusted, phosphated and then painted with three-proof paint. It is suitable for use in metallurgy, petrochemical, mining and other environments.
