MNS Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
Model and Definitions

Nnormal Use Environment Conditions
The surrounding air temperature should not exceed +40℃and not be lower than -5℃, with an average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +35℃.
Atmospheric conditions: The air should be clean, with Relative Humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. Higher Relative Humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃; however, temperature changes should be considered, as condensation may occur occasionally.
The altitude should not exceed 2,000 meters.
This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes within the temperature range of -25℃to +55℃. For a period short (not exceeding 24 hours), it can reach +70℃. At these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should operate normally under standard conditions.
If the above application conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate a solution.
When this device is used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.
Cabinet Structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profiles assembled together. The C-shaped profiles are made of steel plates bent with E=25mm as the modular mounting hole. All cabinet frames and internal partitions undergo galvanized phosphating treatment. Surrounding door panels and side panels are finished with high- voltage electrostatic spraying.
