Overview

KYN61-40.5 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet) is a three-phase AC distribution device with a frequency of 50Hz and a nominal voltage of 40.5kV for indoor use It is utilized in power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy. This switch cabinet  performs functions such as control, protection, and monitoring of circuits, and it is suitable for locations requiring frequent operations. This switch cabinet complies with standards such as GB3906-2006, GB/T11022-1999,and DL/T 404-2007.

    Main Features

    ◇ The cabinet structure adopts an assembled design, with the circuit breaker featuring a handcart ground structure;
    ◇ Equipped with a newtype of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, characterized by good interchangeability and easy replacement;
    ◇ The handcart frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, allowing for easy movement of the handcart and preventing damage from accidental operation;
    ◇ All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;
    ◇ Interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switch cabinet door adopts a mandatory mechanical interlocking method, satisfying the "five prevention" functions;
    ◇ The cable chamber has ample space, allowing for multiple cable connections;
    ◇ A rapid grounding switch is provided for grounding and closing short-circuit loops;
    ◇ The shell has a Level of Protection IP3X, while the handcart chamber door opened state has a Level of Protection IP2X;
    ◇ The product complies with GB3906-2006, DL/T404-2007, and refers to the international standard IEC298.

    Installation of Switch Cabinet

    ◇ Height of the electrical room: ≥4500mm;
    ◇ Distance from the back of the cabinet to the wall: ≥1500mm;
    ◇ Flatness of the foundation structure: ≤1mm/ m²;
    ◇ The embedded channel steel of the foundation should not exceed 3mm above the ground;
    ◇ Can be fixed to the foundation using bolts or welding methods;
    ◇ The weight of the switch cabinet is approximately 1800kg;
    ◇ Width of the switch cabinet operational corridor (single row): ≥3000mm, double row (facing each other) :≥4000mm.

    Ordering Instructions
