Overview

GTXGN-12 AC Metal Solid Insulated Ring Main Unit is a fully insulated, completely sealed, and maintenance-free solid insulated vacuum switchgear device.
All high-voltage live components are encapsulated with excellent insulating epoxy resin materials, integrating the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, main conductive circuit, and insulating support into a single unit. The functional units are connected through fully insulated solid busbars.
As a result, the entire switchgear is unaffected by external environmental factors, ensuring the reliability of operation and the safety of personnel.
This ring main unit features a simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and convenient installation. It is suitable for a 50Hz,12 kV power system and is widely used in industrial and civilian cable ring networks and distribution terminal projects. It serves to receive and distribute electrical energy, particularly suitable for urban residential area distribution, small substations, switching stations, cable branching boxes, box-type substations, and various locations such as shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways, and tunnels.
Due to its fully insulated, completely sealed, and fully shielded advantages, this product is especially suitable for use in harsh environments such as high altitudes, high temperatures, humid heat, extreme cold, and areas with severe pollution.

    The cabinet features a prominent visible window for the Isolation Break Point, allowing personnel to observe the three working  positions: isolation engaged, isolation disengaged, and grounding engaged. This design facilitates the on-site staff in determining the position of the isolation knife, ensuring a high level of safety.
    ◇ Internal Arc Design
    Internal Arc Pressure Valve: When an arc occurs inside the product, the pressure will be released through this valve, directing the arc away into the cable trench to prevent accidental injury to operators.
    ◇ Green and Environmentally Friendly
    Designed with environmentally friendly materials, this product does not use SF6 gas as an arc extinguishing medium or insulation, thus avoiding environmental pollution. The one-time circuit design minimizes contact points, ensuring low energy consumption during operation.
