    Installation Features

Improving the thermal capacity of transfer components significantly reduces the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature increase in connectors, cable heads, and partition plates.
The segregation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable. This ensures that the failure of one unit does not affect the operation of others, thus confining faults to the smallest possible scope.
The horizontal arrangement of busbars enhances the device's dynamic thermal stability, allowing it to withstand short-circuit current impacts of 80/176 kA.
Furthermore, the Motor Control Center (MCC) cabinets can accommodate up to 22 circuits each, fully considering the needs of large- capacity power generation and automation of electric motor clusters in industries such as petrochemicals.
Connections between the device and external cables are completed within the cable compartment, allowing cables to enter and exit from either the top or bottom. Current transformers are installed within the cable compartment, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
Within the same Power distribution system, current-limiting reactors can be utilized to match and limit short-circuit currents, stabilizing busbar voltage at a specific value. This can also partially reduce the short-circuit strength requirements for components.
Lastly, drawer units are equipped with a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for one unit or more, and 20 pairs for half units), meeting the connection point requirements for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.

    Auxiliary Electric Devices

The design of auxiliary circuit diagrams complies with the "Technical Specifications for Power Supply Design of Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant design technical regulations. It is suitable for low-voltage power supply systems in power plants, substations, as well as low-voltage distribution systems in industrial enterprises and high-rise buildings.
The auxiliary circuit scheme is designed based on the main circuit scheme, divided into functional units for Power incoming lines, feeder lines (PC), and motor feeder lines (MCC) for operational control.
