The installation site should be free from severe shocks, serious pollution, and chemical corrosion, as well as conductive dust and explosion hazards. If normal application conditions cannot be met, please consult with our company for solutions.
Structural Features
The overall structure of the substation consists of two high-voltage switch rooms on the 40.5kV side and the 12kV side, a relay protection room, and a transformer. The outer shell of the high-voltage switch room and relay protection room can be made of stainless steel plates, steel plates, or composite boards. Stainless steel structures possess exceptional corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength. Each component of the steel plate structure undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment. Meanwhile, composite boards feature bright colors, aesthetic appeal, and thermal insulation properties. The transformer is located between the high- voltage switch rooms on the 40kV side and the 12kV side, directly installed on the foundation, making it convenient for both users and manufacturers to install.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum altitude limit for normal operation of this substation?
The substation is designed to operate normally at altitudes of 1000 meters or less (≤1000m).
What are the ambient temperature requirements for installation?
The ambient temperature range should be between -15℃ and +40℃. The maximum monthly average temperature should not exceed +30℃, and the maximum annual average temperature should not exceed +20℃.
What wind speeds can the substation withstand?
The design allows the structure to safely withstand wind speeds that do not exceed 34m/s.
What materials are available for the outer shell of the switch room?
The outer shell can be constructed from stainless steel plates (for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength), steel plates (with special anti-corrosion treatment), or composite boards (offering thermal insulation and aesthetic appeal).
How is the transformer installed within the substation layout?
The transformer is positioned between the 40.5kV and 12kV high-voltage switch rooms and is installed directly onto the foundation, facilitating straightforward installation for both users and manufacturers.
What environmental hazards must be avoided at the installation site?
The installation site must be free from severe shocks, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, conductive dust, and explosion hazards. If your site conditions differ, please contact us for customized solutions.
