Precautions before Installation, Acceptance and Commissioning
- The basic channel steel and bolts for product installation are provided by the user. The connection holes between the basic channel steel and the cabinet body (see Figure 1).
- After the product is installed, it should be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.
- Check whether the cabinet's coating has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
- Whether the on and off of main electrical appliances and auxiliary contacts are reliable and accurate.
- Whether the selection and wiring principles of the main components are consistent with the schematic diagram.
- The insulation value of the megohmmeter is not less than 1MΩ. When measuring, be careful to disconnect wires that cannot withstand voltage and electronic components.
