China Suppliers Low Voltage Integrated Distribution Box SXJP-0.4 - Quality Factory Electrical Equipment
Overview
The SXJP-0.4 series low-voltage integrated distribution box device (hereinafter referred to as the integrated distribution box) is primarily suitable for urban and rural power grid AC 50Hz transmission and distribution systems with a nominal voltage of below 0.4kV. It is installed on the low-voltage side of a 10/0.4kV outdoor transformer and integrates functions such as power distribution, energy metering, data collection, voltage monitoring, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, low-voltage lightning protection, leakage protection, automatic reclosing after fault clearance, and reactive power compensation, making it a new type of outdoor low-voltage distribution device.
This product boasts advantages such as compact size, easy installation, anti-theft features, low cost, strong adaptability, aging resistance, accurate operation, and the absence of compensation pitfalls. It has a high protection level, complete protective performance, and a high degree of automation. It is also suitable for corresponding on-site distribution control and can serve as auxiliary equipment for other distribution systems, making it an ideal choice for power grid renovation.
This product complies with GB7251.1 standards and has passed CQC certification. The reactive power compensation device has undergone testing at a quality inspection testing center, with all indicators meeting the JB7113 "Low Voltage Parallel Capacitor Device" standards.
The metering device is designed and installed according to three single-phase low-voltage assessment meters or a three-phase four-wire energy meter, with the current transformer having an accuracy level of 0.2S, which is beneficial for balancing three-phase loads and ensuring accurate metering.
The compensation method of the reactive power compensation device can be fixed or automatic, with the compensation capacity greater than or equal to 15-20% of the transformer capacity. It is equipped with a leakage protection device and an AC contactor. The leakage protection device has short-circuit, overload, leakage, and alarm functions. When used in conjunction with the AC contactor, it achieves automatic reclosing functionality and can work with household leakage protectors for graded protection, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and preventing accidents caused by leakage.
The integrated distribution box is made of matte stainless steel or SMC material. This box has excellent characteristics such as good heat dissipation, rainproof, dustproof, anti-condensation, thermal radiation protection, and light pollution prevention.
