    Product Structure

◇ Switchgear Schematic Diagram (Fig. 1)
◇ The switchgear features a box-type fixed structure, with the cabinet body constructed from thin plates and angle steel welded together. The upper rear section houses the main busbar chamber, which is equipped with a pressure relief device at the top. The front upper section contains the relay room, where small busbars can connect via cables from the bottom. The middle-lower part is open, with the busbar chamber electrically connected to it through a GN30 rotary isolating switch. In the center, a vacuum breaker is installed, and at the lower part, either a grounding switch or an outgoing-side isolating switch is present. The back section houses current transformers, voltage transformers, and surge suppressors, with a time cable exiting from the lower rear of the cabinet. The cabinet bottom includes a grounding busbar, which runs through the entire row of switchgear. The isolating switch and grounding switch can be operated from the left front side of the cabinet.
◇ The switchgear utilizes corresponding mechanical interlocking devices. This interlocking structure is simple, easy to operate, and reliably prevents accidents.
◇ This interlocking can only be disengaged from the "ON" position to the right-rotating "OFF" locked position after the circuit breaker has indeed been tripped. This prevents the operation of the isolating switch under load.
◇ When both the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are in the "ON" state, the front cabinet door remains locked to prevent accidental entry into the live compartment.
◇ Additionally, when both the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are closed, the handle cannot turn to the "Maintenance" or "OFF" locked position. This avoids accidental tripping of the circuit breaker. When the handle is set to the "OFF" locked position, only the upper and lower isolating switches can be opened; the circuit breaker cannot be closed, thus avoiding any potential mistakes in operation.
◇ If the upper and lower isolating switches haven't been tripped, the grounding switch cannot be closed. The handle cannot turn from the "OFF" locked position to the "Maintenance" position, thus preventing live grounding.
Note: Depending on the switchgear plan, some configurations may not include a lower isolating switch or may replace it with a grounding switch. The interlocking and safety measures will still meet the requirements.

Installation Dimensions and Basic Schematic Diagram

    • INSTALLATION FOUNDATION REFERENCE DIAGRAM (FIGURE 2): The foundation channel steel should protrude 1-3mm above the ground. Additionally, the unevenness within a one-meter range must not exceed 1.5mm, and the total length must not exceed 5mm.
    • Place the switchgear in the correct order on the foundation, adjusting the installation position appropriately. Once aligned, secure it using M12 bolts or spot welding. Fasten the cabinets together using M8 bolts.
    • Remove the rear cover plate to install the main busbar and time cable. Ensure that the terminal contact surfaces are clean and apply neutral petroleum jelly. After installation, be sure to seal the time cable holes properly.
    • Connect the grounding busbar between cabinets, ensuring they are unified along the switchgear arrangement. Check for any missing ground connections, confirm the continuity of the grounding circuit, and ensure the grounding resistance does not exceed 1Ω.
    • Install the secondary cable, leading it from the bottom front of the cabinet, entering the relay room along the side wall, and branching onto the terminal block. After installation, seal the cable holes.
    • Finally, clean any dust and debris inside the cabinet.
