China Oil Immersed Power Transformer - High-Quality Suppliers and Factory Direct Solutions for Reliable Electrical Performance
Advanced technology and good performance
S11 Series products in S9 Based on the series, the no-load loss is reduced by an average of 30%; the no-load current ratio S9 70-85% decrease;
Average temperature rise reduced by 10K, Product life span more than doubled;
The product operating noise is reduced by an average of 2-4 decibels.
Fully sealed(M)
Select S11(M) First M The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with the ordinary oil diffused transformer, the fully sealed distribution transformer eliminates the oil storage cabinet and the corrugated fins of the oil tank replace the oil pipe. As a cooling and heat dissipation element, the corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugated fins can expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil volume, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation moisture, enhancing operational reliability, and requiring maintenance for normal operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the performance advantages of the S11 Series compared to the S9 Series?
Compared to the S9 series, the S11 series products reduce no-load loss by an average of 30% and decrease the no-load current ratio by 70-85%. Additionally, the average temperature rise is reduced by 10K, which more than doubles the product life span, and operating noise is lowered by 2-4 decibels.
How does the fully sealed (M) oil tank structure benefit operation?
The fully sealed structure eliminates the oil storage cabinet, replacing traditional oil pipes with corrugated fins that expand and contract with the oil volume. This isolates the transformer oil from the atmosphere, preventing oil degradation and insulation moisture, which enhances reliability and reduces maintenance needs.
What are the standard ambient conditions required for operating these transformers?
Normal operating conditions require an altitude not exceeding 1000m, a maximum ambient temperature of +40℃, an average temperature in the hottest month of +30℃, a highest annual average temperature of +20℃, and a lowest outdoor temperature of -25℃.
Can the S11-M series be customized for special environmental conditions?
Yes. Special configurations can be requested for altitudes exceeding 1000m and ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40℃ down to a minimum of -45℃. Please specify these requirements when placing your order.
Which standards do these oil-immersed transformers comply with?
These transformers comply with multiple standards, including GB 1094.1-1996, GB 1094.2-1996, GB 1094.3-2003, GB 1094.5-2003, GB/T 6451-1999, GB/T 7595-1987, JB/T 10088-2004, GB/T 10237-1988, and JB/T 3837-1998.
What connection methods are used for the S11-M series transformers?
Depending on the technical specifications and application, the S11-M series distribution transformers utilize Yy115 or Dyn11 connection methods, while the S11-M power transformers utilize the Ydn11 connection method.
