Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the environmental requirements for installing these meter boxes?
The altitude should not exceed 2000m. The ambient air temperature must remain between -25℃ and +40℃, with a monthly average relative humidity of no more than 40% at +20℃. The installation site should be free from severe vibrations, impacts, explosive hazards, and corrosive or insulation-damaging gases.
What protection ratings (IP levels) do the structures support?
Our boxes are available in multiple series and structural styles (welded, split, assembled) for indoor or outdoor use. They support protection levels including IP20, IP40, IP43, IP54, and IP65 to meet diverse installation demands.
